The Unique Group of Companies has always had a vison of expanding into the international United States market. As such Unique Business Venture, LLC (“UBV”) was founded in the State of GA in 2014 to help bring this dream to realty. Unique Business Venture, LLC was created to explore investments in various different opportunities in the United States. UBVs first investment in the United States was in Neilpreet, LLC a hotel located in Georgia. UBV initially invested $105k in the business to begin renovations of the hotel. Upon completion of the renovations UBV was to receive a 50% stake in the hotel with an additional $250k investment. The owner backed out of the deal and it is currently being litigated. UBV at the same time purchased a Texaco convenience store franchise (with the real estate under a long term lease) in February of 2016, which they currently own and operate. Currently, UBV entered into a lease agreement to lease the to-be-built convenience store located in McDonough, GA. The convenience store will be part of a larger retail development which is set to begin construction once they get final permitting. Upon completion, UBV will pay $11,000 per month to lease the convenience store portion of the retail center. UBV will continue to look for additional strategic opportunities to add to its holdings the United States.
